Heads join TUC
The 28,000-strong National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT) has joined the TUC. It is the largest union to affiliate for some time and brings the number of TUC-affiliated unions to 54, including five other school teaching unions.
The NAHT’s membership includes teachers, deputies, assistant heads, bursars and school business managers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
