Polish membership stable
Union density in Poland remains broadly stable, according to the latest figures from the public opinion research institute CBOS.
The figures show that 11% of employees were union members in March 2015, when the survey was carried out.
This compares with 12% in 2014, 10% in 2013 and 12% in 2012, and the variations are probably more related to the small size of the sample — between 400 and 500 each year — than real changes.
