CBI calls on government for diversity targets
The CBI employers’ body has launched a position paper, Building on Progress: boosting diversity in our workplaces, which calls for the next government to establish a UK-wide target for reducing the gender pay gap, provide increased free child care, and do more to promote the benefits of flexible working.
