Epilepsy guidance
Despite legal protection, workers with epilepsy still encounter ignorance, prejudice and discrimination. The TUC has published a new guide to challenge such attitudes and behaviour by educating union members about the condition and providing guidance on reasonable workplace adjustments employers can make and on making workplaces epilepsy-friendly.
