Tackling discrimination


The Tell MAMA organisation (Measuring Anti-Muslim Attacks) and the GMB general union Yorkshire region have issued a joint toolkit to help people who have been targeted for hatred or discrimination.


The resource gives practical advice to victims of discrimination and those who witness it. 


It helps them find redress by taking them through the informal and formal stages of responding to discrimination in the workplace.


And it includes information on how someone can asses if they’re being discriminated against, how to prepare for a hearing, and responding to hate crime in the workplace.
