Humanitarian aid activists from the CWU communications union were joined by those from the Unite, UNISON and GMB unions in taking provisions to refugees in Turkey and Hungary last month.
Twelve people travelled in six vehicles, five provided by Royal Mail and one by BT. CWU Ireland was among those providing toiletries and other supplies.
