CWU members overwhelmingly back Telefonica pay deal
CWU members at communications giant Telefonica have voted by 96% in favour to accept an across-the-board pay deal of 2.75%, fully consolidated, the union has announced. The deal also secures pay progression payments for Telefonica contract employees ranging between 0% (for “under-performers”) and 1.5% (for those deemed “outstanding”) on top of the base-line increase.
