PCS backs proportional representation
The PCS civil service union has nailed its colours to the mast of proportional representation (PR) for Westminster elections.
It will urge unions to back the campaign for PR at TUC Congress in September.General secretary Mark Serwotka, said PR would “make every vote count”.
