NUT head re-elected
Christine Blower has been re-elected as general secretary of the largest teaching union, the NUT, after competing in a two-horse race.
Blower, who took up the post in 2009, beat Martin Powell-Davies by 73% votes to 27% in a relatively low turnout of 13%.
