Psycho-social risks
A guide on tackling psycho-social risks and third-party violence in central government workplaces has been published by the European public services union EPSU. It examines the impact of ongoing reorganisation, intensification of work, budget cuts, digitalisation and an ageing population and looks at the role of risk assessment and the policies in place to prevent and tackle these risks.
