Workplace Report January 2003

Work-life balance: Bargaining Report looks at the results of two recent surveys which highlight the different areas of bargaining within the "work-life balance" category but show that few workplaces have yet to win signficant changes in this area; Union reps: a Labour Research Department survey of nearly 900 union reps for the TUC provides a profile of the average union rep and indicates what reps spend their time on.
