Free event: strengthening the voice of workers

The High Pay Centre is offering free admission to its first in-person event since the outbreak of the pandemic, to be held in London on 27 October, where it will launch a new report on how to strengthen workers’ voices in corporate Britain.

The think tank says that the case for worker voice in both improving the quality of workers’ lives and also improving the performance of companies is strong, and supported by many experts and significant bodies of research. Yet, in comparison to other European countries, the UK lags behind.

The new report, along with the event, will aim to address the reasons behind this, and how it can be changed for the better. The High Pay Centre pormises that an expert panel will discuss the findings, sharing their views on how its research might support more companies to prioritise worker voice.
