Organising in finance
The two largest unions operating in the finance sector - UNIFI and MSF - are in talks aimed at reaching agreement on co-operation in organising and bargaining. MSF national secretary (finance) Ken Perry said: "Both unions have an excellent working relationship. The primary objective now is to extend and strengthen co-operation by means of a formal, bi-lateral agreement."
