Correction: tribunal fees review
The December 2015 Law Matters column contained an error in the item Tribunal fees review: revisions on the cards in reporting one of the suggestions submitted to the review by the president and regional employment judges of the Employment Tribunals of England and Wales.
This should have read:
“employer to pay a response fee and a hearing fee”; and not “employee” as stated in the item.
