Collective bargaining rights

The Independent Workers’ Union of Great Britain (IWGB) has made an application for judicial review of a decision by the Central Arbitration Committee (an independent body which resolves collective disputes), relating to collective bargaining rights for outsourced workers.

The IWGB argues that preventing the outsourced workers from collectively bargaining is a breach of Article 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
