Vertex recognition
An important recognition deal has been struck between outsourcing specialists Vertex and the CWU communications union. The "collective bargaining recognition and partnership agreement" was signed after telecom "operator service representatives" voted 524 to three in favour of the arrangement.
The deal is particularly important as part of the company was formerly Excell Multimedia which was strongly anti-union.
