Union personal injury call centre
THE USDAW shopworkers’ union has launched a new personal injury claim line to improve the union’s response to applications for legal assistance in injury and disease cases by members and their families. The new service – FirstCall Usdaw – was launched at the unions’ Annual Delegate Meeting last month. It is a free 24/7 telephone claim line for processing applications for legal assistance.
