Dust and fumigation

A dust hub microsite providing guidance for employers on controlling exposure to dust in the workplace, including answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs), has been launched by the HSE.

The HSE has also published a new edition of its health and safety guidance on fumigation, outlining the risks and describing the law that applies in this area. The guidance includes answers to a series of FAQs on how to comply with the COSHH Regulations when carrying out fumigation activities in traditional pest control and within laboratory and biosecurity sectors.
