European programme
The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) says it is dismayed by the absence of any reference to protecting workers’ health and safety, as well as workers’ representation on boards and European Works Councils in the European Commission’s work programme. It says the implication is that these are not “important things” for the European Commission.
