Unfair bosses make you sick

Unreasonable bosses pose a significant threat to workers' health, according to new research. The study showed that unfair bosses drive up their employees' blood pressure, increasing their long-term risk of a heart attack or stroke. The researchers argue that their findings provide clear evidence that bosses who are perceived as unfair cause stress and undermine the health of workers.
